If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@truwild.com We have a money-back guarantee, and we are happy to issue a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase
If purchased from a retailer, the customer must return the item purchased to the store where purchased pursuant to the terms of the retailer's return policies. TRUWILD will accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from TRUWILD (online or phone) only when the following conditions are satisfied:
Apparel: To be considered for reimbursement, apparel must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item.
Accessories: To be considered for reimbursement, accessories must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item in the original packaging.
Dietary Supplements: To be considered for reimbursement, you may return any item purchased from TRUWILD for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For online and catalog orders, the product arrival date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement. The original packing slip is required for reimbursement.
How to Return an Item In Order To Receive Reimbursement
Please first contact us at info@truwild.com. We then will send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package is damaged or your order is incorrect, we may require photographic evidence to help document the issue and process a replacement. These requests must be received within 7 days of the package delivery date.
