How to use it
Servings: Take 2 capsules daily with 8oz of water to breeze through cold and flu season and stay healthy year-round!

I've had very positive results with this product. I've noticed better immune response over past several months. I attended a party recently where most of the attendees ended up with colds after the event, I did not. This form of vitamin C seems very effective.
