Water doesn’t contain electrolytes and when you are dehydrated, drinking just water may not hydrate you quickly enough. Hydrate is precisely formulated to activate rapid rehydration which not only allows your body to absorb more water and electrolytes faster, but also keeps you hydrated longer.

We use a small dose of maltodextrin as a carbohydrate supplement to help thicken and stabilize the powder of our product. We use the lowest amount possible (90mg) compared to other leading Hydration formulas. Our maltodextrin is derived from plants, so it is classified as natural.

The short answer is: everyone! You can use HYDRATE at the gym, the office, home, in the car, or anywhere in between. Most of our customers use the powders to:
