I received and recommend the super sports bundle which had gut and inflammatory aid, raw fiber, performance and energy aid, cardiovascular supplement, and electrolytes. The electrolytes were my absolute favorite! Being an athlete, it’s important for me to recover and have secondary supplementation before, during, and after my workouts. For starters, despite the benefits. the flavor is amazing. It doesn’t taste chalky like others I have tried in the past. I took everything as prescribed and I noticed a big difference during my training. Being a full time athlete and working part time, it’s hard to find the balance of hydrating and supplementing. I love these products and have been using them a long time. I didn't have the best experience with my most recent order this time around. I only received one item from the bundle and it took me following up multiple times to get the matter resolved. Overall though, I'll continue to purchase the bundle because I haven't come across anything that works better for me.
